When you sign up as a participant with the Concierge Program, we ask you for the information we need to process your service requests. That information includes your name, work location, billing and shipping address, credit card number(s) and expiration date(s), and email address. In addition, service-specific information may be asked at the time you place a service request, such as the name and address of a gift recipient, for example.

The Concierge Program also collects information volunteered by visitors and participants, such as survey information. E-mail addresses are used to notify visitors and participants regarding service requests and inquiries they have placed, and for occasional notification regarding new additions, features, and offerings available on the website.

The Concierge Program considers the information it obtains from visitors and participants to be private, and it is kept within our secure online server to protect it from outside parties. We will not rent or sell your individual name, home or work address, email address, credit card information, service history, data on purchases through the Concierge Program, or personal information to any third party without your permission. We will disclose such information to third parties only in connection with your request for the Concierge Program to provide services.

We collect click-stream data and HTTP protocol elements through access logs. This information is not personally identifiable and is used internally for Web site and system administration, and to improve the content and services offered by our website.

Temporary "session" cookies are used as unique identifiers to maintain "sign on" status of participants for the duration of each visit. Cookies generated by this website are not visible to other web servers.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving participant information exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.

Participants can opt-out of the Corporate Concierge program, including any future e-mail contact, through their Personal Profile page, or by sending us e-mail, or calling the above telephone number. Please provide us with your exact name and address. We will be sure your name is removed from the list.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding service requests they have placed.

The Concierge Program reserves the right to use and disclose to others aggregate data about participant usage of the Concierge Program's service, without disclosure of any individual information. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. We will use, for these new purposes, only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by sending us e-mail at the above address.
